NeverEndService is an adult companion directory and booking facilitation platform. All companions are independent adults who manage their own schedules, rates, and bookings. NeverEndService acts solely as an intermediary platform.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Engage in any illegal activity, including trafficking, exploitation, or coercion. • Harass, threaten, or abuse any companion or other user. • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content. • Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the platform. • Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent. • Impersonate any individual or organisation. Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your access without notice.
NeverEndService facilitates connections between clients and companions. All agreements regarding services, duration, rates, and meeting arrangements are made directly between the client and the companion. NeverEndService is not a party to any such agreement and accepts no liability for any disputes, misunderstandings, or outcomes arising from such arrangements. All financial transactions are conducted directly between clients and companions. NeverEndService does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments.
Companions listed on NeverEndService are required to verify their identity and confirm they are adults who independently choose to offer companionship services. NeverEndService makes reasonable efforts to verify profiles but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Companion profiles are provided for informational purposes only. NeverEndService makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profile content.
All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of NeverEndService or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NeverEndService does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. NeverEndService expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeverEndService and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
