No legal jargon, no vague promises. Just a straight explanation of what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't.
We're NeverEndService — a companion booking platform based in Mumbai. We built this platform because we wanted the process of finding genuine companionship to feel safe, honest, and straightforward. This page tells you exactly what information we collect when you use our website, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it. We've kept it plain and direct because privacy policies that nobody reads don't protect anyone. If something here is unclear, just email us — we'll explain it.
When you make a booking or contact us, you give us: • Your first name (we don't need your full legal name — a name you're comfortable with is fine) • Your email address • Your phone number (this is only used to send your booking confirmation via SMS) • Whatever you type into the message or booking notes field When you browse the website, standard web stuff is logged automatically — your IP address, which pages you visited, your browser type. This is normal for any website. We use it to understand how the site is being used, not to identify you personally. We don't collect any payment details. Money is handled directly between you and the companion — we're not in that transaction at all.
Short answer: we use your information to run the service and that's it. Specifically: • Your phone number goes toward sending you a booking confirmation SMS with your Booking ID • Your email is used if we need to follow up on a booking • Your name shows up in the booking so the companion knows who they're meeting • The notes you write are passed along as part of the booking We don't run email newsletters. We don't send promotional messages. We don't build profiles on you. When your booking is done, your information just sits quietly in the database unless you ask us to remove it.
When you book through our platform and provide a phone number, we send one SMS. It contains your Booking ID and a link to check your booking status. That's it. One message. No follow-up marketing, no "we miss you" texts, no offers. Your number is not added to any list. It's not sold to anyone. It's not shared with the companion. If you don't want the SMS, just leave the phone number field empty — bookings still work without it.
Nobody buys your data from us. That's not something we do, full stop. The only times your information goes anywhere: The companion you book — they get your first name and your booking details so they can prepare. They don't get your phone number, your email, or your full name unless you choose to share those yourself when you contact them directly. Our SMS provider — to send your confirmation text, your phone number passes through Fast2SMS (our SMS delivery service). They process it to send the message and that's their job. They don't use it for anything else. If the law asks — if a court order or legal requirement comes through, we'd have to comply. We'd tell you if we were allowed to. That's the full list.
We don't hold onto your data forever. Booking records are kept for a while for basic operational reasons — if something goes wrong with a booking, we need to be able to look it up. Once that window passes and there's no reason to keep it, it's gone. If you want your information deleted sooner, just ask. Send us an email at info@neverendservice.com and we'll sort it out promptly. Website traffic data (which pages got how many visits) is anonymised and doesn't connect to you personally — that we do keep for longer to understand how the site is being used.
We use the minimum number of cookies needed to keep the website working properly — things like keeping you logged in if you have an account, or remembering form state. We don't use advertising cookies. We don't use retargeting. You won't suddenly start seeing NeverEndService ads across the internet because you visited our site. That would be a privacy nightmare for our users, and we'd never do it. If you block cookies in your browser, the site should still mostly work. Some things might behave oddly, but nothing important will break.
It's your data. Here's what you can request: • See it — ask us what we have on you and we'll tell you • Fix it — if something's wrong, we'll correct it • Delete it — ask us to remove your data and we will • Stop using it — if you want us to stop processing something specific, let us know Email us at info@neverendservice.com. We'll get back to you within a couple of days — not the 30-day corporate delay. We're a small team and we respond quickly.
The website runs on HTTPS — everything between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. Booking data is stored in a secured database with access limited to the people who actually need it to run the service. We're not a bank and we won't pretend we have military-grade infrastructure. But we take reasonable precautions, keep things up to date, and don't store more than we need to. No system on the internet is 100% unbreakable. If something ever went wrong, we'd tell you.
If we ever link out to other websites, what happens on those sites has nothing to do with us. This privacy policy only covers neverendservice.com. Other sites have their own rules and we have no control over them.
NeverEndService is for adults only — 18 and above. We don't want data from anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect it. If we ever find out a minor used the platform, we delete their information immediately and block their access. If you're a parent who's concerned, contact us and we'll act on it right away.
If we change something meaningful in this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll try to make it obvious what changed and why. We're not going to quietly rewrite this to give ourselves new permissions. If we need to do something different with your data, we'll tell you clearly.
If anything here doesn't make sense, or you want to know something we haven't covered, just get in touch. Email: info@neverendservice.com We're based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We usually reply within a day or two. Or use the Contact page if that's easier.
