NeverEndService respects intellectual property rights and takes copyright infringement seriously. This page explains how we handle DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown requests and what you need to do if you believe your copyrighted content has been posted on our platform without your permission. If you are a content creator, photographer, or owner of any image or media that has appeared on this website without your authorisation, this is the right page. Read through it and follow the process — we take these requests seriously and act on them promptly.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright owners to request removal of infringing material from online platforms. Even though we are based in Mumbai, India, we respect and follow the DMCA process because it is the recognised international standard for copyright takedown requests. Under DMCA, if you are a copyright holder and your work has been used without permission, you can send us a formal takedown notice. We will review it, verify the claim, and remove the content if the claim is valid.
This policy covers any copyrighted content that may appear on our platform, including: • Photographs and images used in escort profiles • Written content, descriptions, or text copied from other sources • Videos, if any are used on the platform • Logos, graphics, or other visual media • Any other creative work protected by copyright Most DMCA requests we receive relate to photographs. If you are a photographer or the subject of a photograph and you did not consent to your image being used here, this process applies to you.
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must send us a written notice that includes all of the following: 1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, and physical address) 2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed — for example: "a photograph I took on [date] showing [description]" 3. The exact URL(s) on our website where the infringing content appears — be as specific as possible 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law 5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf 6. Your physical or electronic signature Send this notice to: dmca@neverendservice.com Requests that are missing any of the above information may be delayed or rejected. We cannot act on vague requests — the more specific you are, the faster we can resolve this.
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, here is what we do: Within 48 hours — We acknowledge receipt of your notice. Within 5 business days — We review the claim. This includes verifying that the content you've identified is actually on our platform, checking whether it falls under any exception (such as fair use), and identifying who uploaded or posted it. If the claim is valid — We remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly. We may also notify the user who posted the content that their material has been removed as a result of a copyright claim. If the claim is unclear or incomplete — We'll contact you to ask for the missing information before proceeding. We will send you a confirmation once the content has been removed.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake — for example, if you do have the rights to the image in question, or if the material falls under a valid exception — you can file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include: 1. Your full name and contact information 2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification 4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where we operate 5. Your physical or electronic signature Send counter-notices to the same address: dmca@neverendservice.com After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action in the meantime.
We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Any user or profile on our platform that is found to repeatedly upload or use copyrighted material without permission will have their access terminated. We do not give unlimited chances to people who knowingly steal others' content. This applies to: • Escort profiles that repeatedly use stolen photographs • Any uploaded content that repeatedly violates third-party copyright • Any account that files multiple pieces of infringing content over time A single verified DMCA notice is taken seriously. Multiple verified notices against the same account result in termination.
Filing a false DMCA notice — knowingly claiming that content infringes your copyright when it does not — is illegal under United States law and can result in legal liability for you. This includes filing takedown notices to remove content you simply dislike but do not actually own. We review every claim carefully. If we determine that a DMCA notice was filed in bad faith or to harass another party, we will reject the notice and may report the filing to appropriate authorities. Please use this process honestly. It exists to protect legitimate rights, not to be weaponised.
Beyond copyright, we also take seriously the privacy rights of individuals who appear in photographs or videos on our platform. If you are a person who appears in content on this site and you did not consent to that content being published here — even if you do not hold the copyright — please contact us directly. Email: privacy@neverendservice.com We will review the situation and act appropriately. Someone appearing in a photo without their consent is something we treat as a serious matter, separate from and in addition to copyright.
